can you reccomend yoga/fitness to strengthen knees and legs for skiing?

Hi Eric Caldwell. The best way to strengthen your knees and legs is to strenghthen your hamstrings, quads, and glute muscles. Squats, lunges, and box jumps are great ways to do that.
