Hi I have the beginning of arthritis in my lumbar spine, so getting a lot of pain.which type of yoga is best for me and should it hurt?

Yoga, or any fitness program, shouldn't hurt. You should feel things stretching and working, which may be a little uncomfortable as you get used to it, but if you are experiencing pain, you should stop and find something else.
