Hi SUMMER HERRINGTON. Great question. In order to leave a program, you want to navigate to the program that you are doing. On the far right side, scroll down to under "Related Programs". There will be a box that says "Can't Keep Up? Leave the Program" and choose "Leave the Program". Hope that helps.
