I feel lost in grokker... Is dont know what I should do every day,.....do I have to make my own calendar? i am not an expert........ do you have some sort of routine guide I could follow?

Hello Sandra,

Grokker has an amazing collections of fitness videos. If you are just starting out with yoga, then you can try two other programs/collections offered by Celeste Periera:

(A) Yoga Basics: The Beginner's Guide with Celeste:

If you already have some background in yoga, then the one suggested above by Eduardo Ribeiro is excellent. You could also try Andrew Sealy's - Metablism Boosting Yoga program:

Hi Sandra,

I'm so sorry you feel this way. I'd love to help guide you. As a member, you have access to all of our premium videos so you can spontaneously do an exercise and mark an "I Did This" to show the community your progress. You can also schedule your calendar according to the videos you enjoy best or join any one of our programs.

You can schedule a video to watch by clicking the "Later" button on the left hand corner of a video of your choice. To join a program, select any of the four categories of Yoga, Fitness, Cooking or Mind on the top right corner of your home page. You can then select "Yoga Programs, Fitness Programs, Cooking Programs or Mind Programs" which can be found on the left column of each drop down menu.

Join any desired programs and the program will automatically be added to your calendar. To leave a program, go the program that you joined and click "Leave Program" under "Related Programs" on the far right column.

Do you have any exercises that you especially love? I'd be happy to provide some program suggestions.
