I'm looking for a program that focuses on increasing flexibility. I have extremely tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders.

Yin is great for gradualyy stretching very tight tissue. Often one can't get much extra mobility in those big, tight muscles from the shorter holds in fast paced yoga sequences.
