Hey Virginia Arnold . Sorry, I just saw that you replied to my post. Although you can use various web browsers, our videos work best with Chrome. If you're still having issues with the videos, you may want to try them on Chrome. A couple other things that you may want to check is the Flash Player the latest version? I am using the web browser, and I couldn't watch any of them, I am most intrested in Sherry Zak Morris's classes
