Hi Vanessa Dasaro . If you continue to feel nauseous while doing yoga, I would definitely stop and consult a doctor. There are many things that could be causing this. I'm not equipped to offer any medical advice, but these are some things you may want to consider: (a) Have you eaten enough before starting a yoga routine? (b) Are you keeping hydrated? (c) Yoga puts your body in poses that you may not normally go into, such as headstands. This can cause vertigo and dizziness, leading to nausea. Or if you come out of a pose too quickly, you may experience a sudden head rush.
Always listen to your body first and foremost, and consult your doctor if this continues or you notice this with other forms of exercise.
