Thank you very much! I wanted to offer one final suggestion for dance cardio specifically: Andrew Jones. He has experiencing teaching a mix of all the dance cardio genres I mentioned. Thank you again! https://www.movement-agency.com/talent/andrew-jones
Hi tlc tlc welcome to Grokker and thank you for your message. We always welcome suggestions and feedback from our users and these are great ideas. In the meantime if you are interested in yoga we have some great experts of all levels here that you may like to consider https://grokker.com/yoga/programs
I have also included some dance videos that you may like to check out also here https://grokker.com/fitness/dance/videos
Hi Dannetta, thank you for your question! We are actively working on improving the inclusion and diversity of our Experts and we believe we are making progress. Our goal is to match the population of the users we serve with the demographics of our Experts. As such our demographic goals for our Experts are to have at least half female, 13% Black, 8% Asian, and the remainder White/Hispanic. Currently, 63% of our Experts are women, 11% are Asian, 10% are black, and white/hispanic make up the remainder. So, we still have ground to cover and we are continuing to work on this. Please take a look at our recent content and you will see the direction we are going: https://grokker.com/recent_videos. If you have any additional suggestions or questions, please feel free to contact us directly at support@grokker.com We would love to hear them.
Grokker - If you're reading this - - I am a new member, too - - I have no idea whether either of these fantastic instructors are available, but if you can magically nab them, might I suggest: (a) for yoga, Laruga Glaser (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SZCxKjgReQ4) and (b) for fitness, Basheerah Ahmad? If Ms. Glaser is available, I would be so grateful for beginner, intermediate AND advanced programs. And in general, regardless of instructor backgrounds, might it be possible to amp up the dance cardio offerings? I would love short, ten-minute dance cardio videos in all genres: jazz, hip hop, Bollywood, Latin, you name it. Fun, peppy mini-videos that can be squeezed in here and there throughout the day for lively, quick jolts. Many thanks!
great ideas and hoping for more dance classes too!
