4. Flow Till You Glow: No Chaturanga Flow
Sometimes you just don't feel like doing chaturanga in your practice. But don't let that fool you, this class will still be plenty challenging. Beth Stuart will guide you through a vinyasa flow that will open your chest, and strengthen the muscles in your arms and shoulders. When you do come back to a practice involving chaturanga, you'll feel stronger and be able to practice more safely.

9. 7-Day Body & Soul Boot Camp: Receive & Unwind
This yoga class plays with receptivity through flowing circular movements that are incredibly calming to the body and mind. Led by Brett Larkin, you'll start with fast movements that then ground you back into your heart, ending with restorative postures and a short meditation to gain clarity on how to move forward in your personal goals.

Join Emily-Clare Hill for this energizing and lower-body building flow that will get your heart rate up and sculpt a strong and lifted backside.
