In Vinyasa, we practice breath initiated movement. Class pace is aerobic, fluid, and challenging for beginners. There is a strong emphasis on delicate transitions, with steadiness and ease recognized as elements of graceful movement. Developing core strength is a wonderful benefit of a regular yoga practice. In this session, Celest will guide you through a series of challenging poses that work to strengthen the abdominal muscles, increase stability and really power up your practice.
2. Energizing Vinyasa: Core Love
Core work! This class will up your vibe and get you sweating. Start nice and easy with some breath work then fire up the mid-section with side planks, boat pose and more. This practice is stellar on its own or combined with another one of MC's classes. Either way, you'll feel fired up and strong in the end.
3. Energizing Vinyasa: Inner Strength
This vinyasa class will get you in touch with your vulnerability and show you how courage rises up from that point. You'll flow through heart opening sequences that allow energy to free flow through your entire body. At the close of this practice, you'll feel strong, grounded and calm.

In week 1 of the Summer Shape Up Challenge, Tara has created which includes these moves downward dog, downward dog split, low lunge balancing with arms and foot, forearm plank, child's pose, boat pose, and lastly the tabletop.
