Runners are always looking for effective ways of taking care of their bodies and practicing yoga is a proven way for runners to prevent injuries. Running can be particularly hard on your knees, back and ankles and there are a number of specific yoga poses that can help relieve the strain placed on these muscles, increase your functional strength and flexibility.
