Meditative, long held stretches bypass superficial muscle layers to penetrate deep into connective tissues and joints. Passive postures are typically supported with props, and practiced close to the floor to feel fully received and held by gravity, and the earth beneath. In Yin yoga, you'll take mindful time to explore the edges of your tolerance, in a safe, quiet, and deeply healing space. In this yin yoga class, our focus is loving kindness. Today we keep it simple, making Loving Kindness our aim and intention as we move through our seated practice.

In this yin yoga class you will focus on forgiveness. As you hold supported floor poses we will explore the question, “What in us is asking for forgiveness?” We’ll move through a guided visualization to deeply relax the entire body.
