Meditative, long held stretches bypass superficial muscle layers to penetrate deep into connective tissues and joints. Passive postures are typically supported with props, and practiced close to the floor to feel fully received and held by gravity, and the earth beneath. In Yin yoga, you'll take mindful time to explore the edges of your tolerance, in a safe, quiet, and deeply healing space. Postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes, sometimes longer.Yin Yoga for Hamstrings & Quadriceps by Kassandra Reinhardt

This yin yoga class focuses on opening your hamstrings and stretching out your quadriceps so you can give your lower body the care and attention it deserves. 2. Yin Yoga for Hips
This yin yoga class is all about releasing tightness in your hips. Many of us carry tension in this area and Kassandra Reinhardt is here to help you create lasting flexibility and mobility throughout your lower body.
3. Chest, Arms & Upper Back Yin Yoga
This yin yoga class is designed to open your chest, arms, and upper back in order to create space and reduce tension. Many of our daily activities such as sitting at a computer or behind the wheel of a car cause us to hunch and round our backs, causing pain. This practice will counteract the effects of these activities and build strength.
4. Yin Yoga for Loving Kindness
In this yin yoga class, our focus is loving kindness. Today we keep it simple, making Loving Kindness our aim and intention as we move through our seated practice.
5. Yin Yoga for Forgiveness
In this yin yoga class you will focus on forgiveness. As you hold supported floor poses we will explore the question, “What in us is asking for forgiveness?” We’ll move through a guided visualization to deeply relax the entire body.
