Hi, Robert, I live in the USA. There is a bakery in La Jolla, California that sells a wrap called "Paleo Wraps". They are made with 3 ingredients: coconut meat, coconut water, coconut oil (all organic) & then are dehydrated. 70 calories per wrap & net carbs 4g. You can find out more about them at www.julianbakery.com. They make 2 types: plain (w/above ingredients) & ones that also have the added ingredient of turmeric. You can order them online but I have found Julian Bakery is very slow in shipping their orders so I order them from amazon.com instead. You can make sandwiches, quesadillas, enchiladas, etc. They are delicious. Julian's website also has recipes & they also have a youtube channel. The wraps are delicious & a great alternative to bread! Good luck!!
Hi Robert,
Personally, I make low carb wraps and then use those for either sandwiches (in wrap form) or cut them in half and use them for hot sandwiches (the wrap will crisp in the skillet). You could also use tortillas or firm lettuce leaves.
