Ingredients:
1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked 8-12 hours, drained, and rinsed
1/2 cup almonds, soaked 8-12 hours, drained, and rinsed
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup minced celery
2 tbsp minced red onion
2 tbsp minced parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1. Place the sunflower seeds, almonds, and water in a food processor fitted with the S blade and process into a paste.
2. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
3. Transfer to a small mixing bowl and stir in the celery, onion, parsley, lemon juice, and salt.
4. Mix well. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Not Tuna Paté will keep for five days.
