Workout Overview:
Two Sets of two alternating exercises. Do 10 reps of the first exercise, then 10 of the seconds, then 9 reps of the first exercise and 9 reps of the second, and so on down to one.
Set One: Brazilian Lunge & Row and Push-Up - Down Dog to Up Dog
Set Two: Leg Lifts and Cross Crawls
