I am interested in eating paleo, but I'm unsure how to start. Is there a specific place I should start?

if you go the Filter under cooking, enter "Paleo" in the search box. There are 17 videos classified as such, they are just intermingled among the various other categories.

I started eating Paleo a while ago and completely love it. I started by cutting out bread and pasta. It turns out the fillings and toppings are usually the most delicious part anyway! There are tons of sample meal plans and paleo websites out there. My favorites include marksdailyapple.com and paleomg.com. Mark's Daily Apple has a great articles on the science behind the paleo diet and weekly fitness suggestions, too. It's easier to avoid non-paleo foods if you understand why they're bad for you.

Angel,

As far as I know, there is not a specific category in Cooking for Paleo. You can, however, filter the recipes by Dietary Consideration and that might help you narrow down any potential recipes you could use or modify.
