I have been living this way mostly already for a bit. I'm continuing to find ways to reduce refined products. I found a way to make brown rice delicious and my kids will even eat it now. I do drink sugar free creamer, but I will try with a splash of milk starting tomorrow. I find it easier to have it with milk and no sugar than sugar and no milk.
