What a loving, luscious, flowy flow! This was challenging in some parts, but just what I needed for today. I really enjoyed Christy Evans's mindful instructions and inspirational imagery.
This is one of my favorite restorative practices, but the soundtrack is inapporopriate & distracting during the savasana meditation, which should be the most relaxing part!
