I did one bent arm plank, one more than last time. The second time now. Ouch no arm strength.
4 lunges are so much better than 2 and jumping jacks. I'm improving. TY
My intentions are moving forward.
This is fun.
I chose to do this at home. Good move on my part. The yoga nedra was a perfect end to this series. I haven't done one in a long time. Namaste
