☮️❤️Seeing my last post, I think I’ve lost some strength and endurance due to some recent frequent traveling, being out of my routine, and some shoulder and hip issues. I’m going to plan out a training regimen and see where I’m at in a few weeks!

☮️❤️ Great warmup - uses multiple stretches to get at similar muscles - just have to add a neck and shoulder stretch

☮️❤️ I think the timers were off for this workout. All the moves had instructions to perform it for 30 s but almos tall the timers were set at 60s.
