Shouldn't have done this when tired in the morning. This flow was way too slow (I've never done Yin Yoga...probably should have read about it first) and my body didn't warm up enough for the hip stretches.
Did this workout again, this time with the print out option because the gym was very crowded. What a great feature! First time I had used it. Used an 8kg KB for the squats and thrusters
