End of week 1! I was really stiff after the first 2 workouts, but the recovery and rest days help.

Good workout. The only negative is that it was described as a workout designed to be done on a recovery day from HIIT, but in the program it is actually scheduled for the day after a recovery day and before a HIIT workout. So the sequencing in the program didn't make much sense.
