Always a great dish.
I'm getting better at this.I improvise with other sauces.
Tom you are becoming an expert. Congratulations!
What other sauces do you use Tom? I'd love to know and try. Lorna
First I like it very spicey....I used sweet & sour chili sauce and real fresh red hot peppers from the Thai store.... I put Sake, RiceVingar on the shimp, teaspoon and then I used a white flour just dipped them in it a little..Then I put them in the hot wok with corn oil....After about 5 minutes take the shimp out. Clean the wok. Then I start with ginger and garlic into pieaces, put Sesame oil in the wok and the rest that you want to cook....BTW.. I lived in Kowloon,China for a year. They have Cantonese food there. The Chinese cooks can cook so good they could make your old gym shoes taste great.I swear! I love Chinese food but it taste better in China, because it's fresh and the climate soil is different.Linda Anusasananan really does a great job to help me get started to learn how to cook...
Thanks @Tom Riviere for your kind words. You are a good student. Keep up the good work.
Love it again.
I done it now 5 times.
You own this dish. Congratulations!
My 3rd time and I am taking to a new whole another level.
Great Tom! You are really becoming a good cook. Once you get the basic techniques down, it is easy to vary to suit your own tastes.
