First I like it very spicey....I used sweet & sour chili sauce and real fresh red hot peppers from the Thai store.... I put Sake, RiceVingar on the shimp,teaspoon and then I used a white flour just dipped them in it a little..Then I put them in the hot wok with corn oil....After about 5 minutes take the shimp out. Clean the wok.Then I start with ginger and garlic into pieaces,put Sesame oil in the wok and the rest that you want to cook....BTW.. I lived in Kowloon,China for a year.They have Cantonese food there.The Chinese cooks can cook so good they could make your old gym shoes taste great.I swear! I love Chinese food but it taste better in China,because it's fresh and the climate soil is different.Linda Anusasananan really does a great job to help me get started to learn how to cook...
