I get very discouraged when I gain then lose focus. I'll lose 2-3 lbs in 2 weeks feel great BUT then turn around & gain it all back in 2 days
This a bit difficult because I dont eat seafood... I feel I might need a 1:1 with this
Great in theory BUT I do not have a set schedule at work therefore I can not have set wake up & bed times... any suggestions for those of us who have varied schedules...
