Born and bred in London, Mark has been around food for as long as he can remember. The vibrancy of the cultural melting pot that is London has given Mark the opportunity to experience a vast culinary landscape at his doorstep and has shaped his cooking styles. After reaching the quaterfinals in MasterChef, 2006, Mark took the opportunity to rearrange his life and set up Chez Vous Cuisine.
