High School = High Stress: Tips To Calm The Back to School Jitters


A new school year is exciting. Your High-schooler is probably excited about making a fresh start, catching up with old friends, and making progress by moving up a grade. But there's no denying that going back to school can be stressful too.

Kids Health surveyed 600 people and asked what worried them about returning back to school. 32% of people said schoolwork issues, 30% said social issues, 25% said appearance, 10% said nothing, and 3% said extracurricular issues.
