I would love to find Ayurveda recipes which are classified for different doshas especially for VATA and PITA. I think that would fit to grokker perfectly. And if they are without wheat, then that would be perfect for me.
I am not familiar with the vata/pita doshas, but I do know that Maya Adam specializes in gluten-free cooking (wheat free) so you may want to check out her videos. Plus, they all taste great! (i was lucky to film the videos with her).
