So one of us has recently been diagnosed as diabetic type 2....so a very low carb diet is required with higher protein and lots of lovely veg. The other half is a vegetarian.Can anyone point me in the direction of tasty and easy recipes?
Maria Emmerich books have been very helpful to me. I also follow Type1Keto on instagram. There are lots of type 1 diabetes/keto users on instagram. Would be fine for T2 as well. Good luck!
