Joan Vera Hi Joan, We will be launching a nutritional program soon for the new year. Definitely keep an eye out for it!
I've also included a list of low histamine foods for you.

-freshly cooked meat, poultry (frozen or fresh)
-eggs
-gluten-free grains: rice, quinoa
-pure peanut butter
-fresh fruits: mango, pear, watermelon, apple, kiwi, cantaloupe, grapes
-fresh vegetables (except tomatoes, spinach, avocado, and eggplant)
-dairy substitutes: coconut milk, rice milk, hemp milk, almond milk
-cooking oils: olive oil, coconut oil
-leafy herbs

I hope this helps!

I've got a ton of food allergies and am looking to educate myself and find information to create meal plans that fit my food allergies but is balanced according to what's needed. I've tried a nutritionist and they either send me to weight watchers or suggest foods and brands that I am allergic to instead of just working with what I can eat.
