November 23, 2017 I've got a ton of food allergies and am looking to educate myself and find information to create meal plans that fit my food allergies but is balanced according to what's needed. I've tried a nutritionist and they either send me to weight watchers or suggest foods and brands that I am allergic to instead of just working with what I can eat. |
