Hi Jennifer. In order for a program to show as complete, you need to watch all the videos within the program AND claim an "I Did This" (IDT) for each video. I looked at your account and it does appear that you have watched all the videos but you haven't claimed some of the IDTs. To fix this, simply go to your calendar from your home page. If you click on the dates of June 18, 19, and 20, you will see several videos that you have watched but not claimed the IDT for. Just click on "I Did This" next to each video. That should update your program page. On June 27 (since we automatically added 7 more days for you to be able to complete the program), you should receive a "congratulatory" email stating that the program is complete.
