Trying to understand Portein drinks, what is the difference between casein and whey protein?

Whey protein can be absorbed quickly in 20 minutes and your body can more quickly rebuild and grow muscle. Casein protein is a time release protein as it is digested more slowly and can take 3-4 hours.
