What foods should I avoid in order to for lower my bad Cholesterol?

Hi Brenda Haggard. You want to avoid foods that are high in saturated fats. This would include: butter, oil, ghee and hard margarine. Also avoid Trans fats, which can be found in cookies, chips and other packaged snacks. You will also want to avoid Fatty meat and meat products such as sausages, full fat cheese, milk, cream and yogurt. I hope that helps.
