Christopher Cooper has been busy since leaving Soho House and has recently launched his own consultancy Drinkonomics in the summer of 2014, providing business solutions, wine consulting and creative drinks communication.
Putting his vast experience at the Gordon Ramsay Group, Corbin & King and the Soho House Group together, Christopher is delivering clients a fresh approach to drinks across the world.
