Have one bad knee and ankele and looking for safe excerscise to loose weight and gain some muscle. Also I am a beginner.
I am overweight and a little over one month into my fitness quest. Sara Kusch and Ellen Barrett have excellent beginners workouts and Sara includes modifications for people like us. Her plank workout is the best I have seen for getting into doing them. There are also videos for flexibility and reducing pain. The ones for the knees are phenomenal.
