Could some one guide with workout routine for beginner level to loose some weight and gain more muscle. Some thing that is gentle on knees and ankle.

I am overweight and a little over one month into my fitness quest. Sara Kusch and Ellen Barrett have excellent beginners workouts and Sara includes modifications for people like us. Her plank workout is the best I have seen for getting into doing them. There are also videos for flexibility and reducing pain. The ones for the knees are phenomenal.
