Hi! I'm new here and am looking for some low impact fitness videos (not yoga, I have found some good ones already) that avoid any jumping. I am 2 weeks out of a cast/crutches (ankle fracture), have been given the ok to exercise and am looking at improving my range of motion and getting back into fitness. Thanks!!
Great question Morgan Minkus. You may want to try searching for low impact fitness videos. I was able to find 73 that met that criteria. Here are a couple that you may want to try: 20-Minute Cardio Walk or Exercise Form and Safety for Beginners. You can also add filters to this search criteria that specifies intensity, time, or body part to focus on. Good luck getting returning to working out after your injury!
