I've just started using Grokker a couple of weeks ago. I've been trying very hard to get a good routine going and sticking with it. I'll be on a two week cruise without internet so I won't be able to watch the videos. Looking for the best excercises to keep me going. I would prefer things that I can do in the confined space of my cabin that would work my entire body in a short period of time. I will be doing cardio every day as well. All suggestions welcome! I just returned from a cruise and they had a killer fitness center with certified trainers. Not sure if this is the same kind of cruise you will be on,but you may want to see what they have on board for fitness. Also swimming and or walking would be good also.
