How do you squeeze in exercise at the office when there's no time for a walk or workout? Do you have favorite stretches or strategies you do at your desk?

I spend a lot of time at my desk and am finding new ways to multitask with stretches and strengthening that keeps my energy up and my stress levels down. A ten minute meditation break or a few muscle flexing sets usually do the trick.
