Hello, I am new here to grokker and have recently received a POTS syndrome diagnosis.
I used to be very into the gym/fitness, but I also have Rheuamtoid Arthritis and Carpal Tunnel.
I have been struggling to find low impact exercises that won't aggravate my health issues.
I am also looking to lose weight and build strength while improving flexibility & coordination.
