Since you are registered via a Single Sign On account, your directions are slightly different to access other Grokker platforms. Please follow the directions below.
Follow these step by step instructions to access Grokker on your personal computer.
Step 1: Visit Grokker.com
Step 2: Click "Sign In"
Step 3: Look for the question, Have Grokker through your employer?
Step 4: Click "Sign In Here" then "Aetna" and enter your Aetna credentials.
You can access Grokker on your personal computer by connecting your computer to Aetna's VPN and logging in normally. Once you've logged in for the first time you can access Grokker without VPN at your home.
Follow these step by step instructions to access Grokker on your phone using the iOS app.
Step 1: Click "Already a member? Sign in"
Step 2: Click "Enterprise sign in"
Step 3: Enter company email address
Step 4: Sing into company's identity provider if you are not already
Step 5: Start using the app!
