Hi Mary Hairston. Since you have a SSO to access Grokker, your instructions are slightly different.
1. Download the Grokker Roku Channel then open it
2. Click "Sign In" at the bottom of the page.
3. On your computer or mobile device, go to Grokker.com/activate. If you are not already signed into Aetna via your SSO, please do that.
4. Enter the 7-character code you see on the TV screen. Once the code is entered, your {Roku/Amazon Fire Stick} screen should automatically update and you will be signed in.
Once you've successfully signed in this way, you will not need to do it again, unless you sign-out of the app on your Roku.
