Hi Ingrid West. Since you haven't started the program yet, I would recommend that you leave the program and then rejoin it, selecting Monday as the start date. Otherwise, you would need to manually adjust each workout a new date.
To leave the program, navigate to the program's page. Scroll down on the right hand side and click on "Changed your mind? Leave program". Once you've left the program, you can rejoin.
