How can I repost the Tone & Trim (J McFaden) workouts into subsequent days on the calendar

Hi Deborah Testa. Ah, ok, I got it now. Once you've completed the program, you will simply rejoin it. Because you are still part of a program right now (and our system only allows you to do one program at a time), you will need to wait until you complete the program. Once your current program is complete, you may select the same program to join again. I hope that clarifies it. If you still have questions, please let me know.

Hi Deborah Testa. I'm a little unclear on your question, but I think you'd like to reschedule a block of workouts from Jamie McFaden's program. Is that correct? If so, the only way to do this is to manually reschedule each workout. The rationale is that our programs are designed so that the users get the most benefits out of them, which includes completing workouts on certain days. I know that life sometimes gets in the way, so that doesn't always work out. But if you'd like to move workouts within a program to different days, you will need to do each one individually. If that wasn't your question or if you need something else, please let us know.
