How can I track wellness minutes for outdoor activities like hiking or walking?

Hi Shauna P.. Great question!! Grokker integrates with Apple Health, Fitbit and Garmin.

If you have an iOS device, you will want to download our Grokker app (if you previously had it loaded, you wll want to make sure you have our latest version, 4.5). Once this is loaded and you've signed-in, you may go to "My Profile" - "Settings" - "Apple Health" to connect to Apple Health. Once this is done, any workouts synced to Apple Health (Apple Watch or any other tracking apps that write to Apple Health) will then write your wellness minutes to Grokker.

If you have a Fitbit or Garmin device, you may go into your "Account Settings" to connect them to Grokker. Once this is done, if you track an activity on your device, that activity will be synced with Grokker.

If you don't have any devices you use to track your workouts, you may use the Fitbit app on your phone (you would still need to connect Fitbit to Grokker through your account settings). After you have done this, you could track a walk or hike through your Fitbit app (it works similarly to a stopwatch), and those minutes would then be synced to Grokker.
