Hi Brenda Colalella. On your TV at home, you will need a streaming device, such as Apple TV, Amazon Firestick, or Roku Streaming stick.
While Comcast does offer a Grokker channel, this channel is actually completely separate from the premium subscription you have (Comcast only offers a sub-section of our videos and does not offer features such as programs or calendar). You won't be able to access your Grokker account through Comcast.
If you have a streaming device, you will want to load the Grokker app on it. You will then click on "Sign-on" at the bottom of the screen. On your computer or mobile device, please go to grokker.com/activate (if you are not signed into Grokker, please do that) and then enter the 7 digit code that you see on the streaming device. Your streaming screen should automatically update and you will be signed in.
