Hi Jennifer Skinner. If you haven't started this program yet, or have only done a couple of workouts of the program, your best option is to leave the program and then rejoin it. When you rejoin it, you will be able select a new start date.
To leave a program, navigate to the program's page. Scroll down and on the right side, you will see an option for "Changed your mind? Leave program". Select that. Once you've left the program, you will be able to rejoin it.
If you've done multiple workouts on the program and want to adjust your calendar for the remaining workouts, you will need to manually update each workout to the date you want to do them. There is not a way to reschedule a block of workouts.
