To change your username and email address, please log into your account using grokker.com and then follow the directions below:

Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner, and select "Account Settings"
To the right of your username, click "edit" and then change your First Name/Last Name and press "Submit"
To the right of your current email address, click "edit"
In the upper part of the screen under the section of "Email Address", click "Change Address"
Enter your current password and enter your NEW email address
