Hi Dionne! Because you're an Aetna employee and use single sign-on to access Grokker, there are special instructions for you to connect your account to your Roku at home. Follow these step by step instructions below, and you should be good to go!
Watch videos from your Roku:
Step 1: Download the Grokker Roku Channel then open it
Step 2: Click "Sign In" at the bottom of the page.
Step 3: On your computer or mobile device, go to Grokker.com/activate and sign in using the instructions outlined above.
Step 4: Enter the 7-character code you see on the TV screen. Once the code is entered, your Roku screen should automatically update and you will be signed in.

I'm trying to use Grokker on my Roku TV, but after reading the help tips, I don't seem to land on the page where I'm supposed to enter the activation code. My TV doesn't allow me to login via my employer, and once I log in on laptop or mobile, I'm directly in the app with no option to enter the code anywhere.
