Hi Frank Marquez. Great question. Currently the only watches that we sync with are Fitbit, Garmin, and Apple. If you don't have one of those, you can use the Fitbit app (it's free) to track any of your workouts. In case you are interested in using that, I will give you the instructions below.
The app essentially works like a stop watch. If you'd like to use the app, here are the directions on how to do that:
1. Connect Fitbit to Grokker in your Account Settings
2. Open the app on your iPhone and click the "+" button at the bottom
3. Select "Track Exercise"
4. On the top of this screen, may sure you leave it at "Track" and don't select "Log" (if you select "Log", that data is sent to Grokker as a manual workout, and we don't sync manual workouts).
5. The default workout is set to "Walk". You may leave it at that or select ">" and choose from "Run, Walk, Hike" (this description doesn't matter to Grokker)
6. Once you select your choice, click the red "Start" button to start the timer, "Pause" when done, and click "Finish" to start the sync.
